I removed Windows' built-in startup delay and my desktop became usable much faster

With how fast SSDs have become, storage has been nearly eliminated as a factor in slow Windows boots, and now other factors like BIOS checks and hibernation affect boot times more. I've tried several and ranked them by usefulness and how much time they saved.
