Account and password recovery

Your notes are linked to the email used during login, registration or migration.

If you forgot your password

  1. Open the recovery page.
  2. Enter the email used in your account.
  3. Follow the instructions sent by email.
  4. Log in again and open Notepad.
Recover password

If the email was typed wrong

If you can still log in, open Profile and change the email to a valid one. After changing it, verify the new email.

If you cannot log in and the email was invalid, recovery may not be possible. This is why email verification is important.
